ROVERS TOP STORY:
Robert Snodgrass's free-kick and Jermaine Beckford's penalty gave the promotion contenders a two-goal advantage early on but John Welsh narrowed the deficit shortly after to get Rovers back into it.

Tranmere Rovers v Leeds United
Defender Broomes is nursing a toe injury sustained in Saturday's home win over Southampton and midfielder McLaren is suffering from illness and was withdrawn in the closing stages at the weekend.
Lee Barnard cancelled out Marlon Broomes' opener, which was the defender's first goal for the club, before a late penalty from Ian Thomas-Moore condemned the Saints to their first League One defeat of 2010.
Rovers had the perfect start when Gareth Edds headed back a free-kick from Paul McLaren for Marlon Broomes to head in from close range inside three minutes.
