"We're still looking"

Brian Little admits that he is still looking to strengthen his squad using loan signings before Thursdays deadline.

Little, who already has Simon Francis (Sheffield United) and Steven O'Leary (Luton) on loan conceeded that he wanted to strengthen his squad but is not just going to sign any old player.

"We can't afford to sign any old player" Little said earlier today. "We are looking for talent, whilst being able to sign the player. There are not many players available, and it's all about persuading the club to let that player go."

One name tossed around today has been Hull City (of the Coca-Cola Championship) midfielder/attacker Kevin Ellison, formally of Chester City.

However, if Little is to make any signings, he must make them by Thursday, the deadline for making loan signings.  Another ridiculous rule brought in by FIFA.
