We won't change our formation

Brian Little is adament that he will not be swayed into changing the Rovers' formation or style of play, even though, like Manchester United, Tranmere have had a dissapointing start to the season.

Only yesterday, Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United refused to comment on criticism of his team and was adament that he would not change his style of play, very like Tranmere's under-pressure manager.

Little believes if confidence in the Rovers style of play and the players own ability will gradually drag Rovers up the League One ladder, adding: "the easy option would be to scrap the current formation, but I don't want to do that. We believe the players are playing some good stuff, we are playing entertaining football. We have purpose. Any team that puts together a month of wins will catapult themselves up the division, and we are very close to doing that."
