Davies has made a superb start to the season, scoring in his third game at Gillingham during Rovers 2-0 win and with this following a string of sparkling performances in pre-season, he has attracted attention from a number of clubs including Leeds, but Tranmere are keen to keep the youngster at the club.
Rovers have also confirmed that Davies was offered a new contract by the club but he is yet to reply to their offer.
The transfer window closes on Friday August 31st, meaning any transfers have to be made within the next two days.
