The Jamaican international, a hero in his home land for his exploites in the qualifying group for the 1998 World Cup will leave Prenton Park after making only a handful of appearences for Rovers this season.
In his time at Prenton Park, Theo made 39 appearences for Tranmere, of which 19 where starts and of which only four were this season.
