So, does this prove what the best Tranmere Rovers partnership was in the 2005/06 season and stop some of the debate as whether Calvin Zola should or shouldn't be in the team?
Obviously it is not conclusive enough as the stats don't show which teams the parternships lost to and who they beat but they do at least show which partnership brought TRFC the most success this season, and it was in fact Chris Greenacre and Iain Hume (other two man partnership, also includes stats for when Delroy Facey played with Calvin Zola and and when Steve Davies has been up front).
