After the American company went into financially difficulties earlier in the year, Tranmere had their requests for more of the £900,000 deal they came to in last August refused.
After much discussion between the two companies, it has finally been agreed that Tranmere will not have to pay back any of the £150,000 (plus interest) that Mirabilis eventually "lent" to the club.
