Tranmere Rovers have today drawn Accrington Stanley in the First Round proper of this seasons F.A. Cup.

It will be second time that Tranmere have faced the League Two side this season, with the two teams having met in the first round of this seasons' Johnstone's Paints Trophy, when Rovers won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Edrissa Sonko.

In the F.A. Cup last season, Tranmere beat Chesterfield (2-1) and Bradford (3-0) on their way to the F.A. Cup third round, where they were beaten on a replay by Hereford United (1-0).

The game will be played at the Frazier Eagle stadium on the weekend of November 8th.
