Henry signs pro

Young central midfielder Paul Henry has become the fifth player out of the Tranmere Rovers Center of Excellence to sign a professional contract at the club.

Henry, nephew of former Rovers player Nicky (who scored increadible volley's against West Ham and Bolton in the F.A. Cup 3rd Round and League Cup Semi-Final) has signed a 1 year professional contract with the club at the age of 18.

Captain of the Youth team, Henry also made 17 appearences for the Reserves in the 2005/06 season and follows Steve Davies, Mike Jones, Mike Johnson and Craig Curran out of the Acadamy in the last 12 months.
