Former Liverpool Player To Tranmere?

Accourding to local sources today, former Liverpool player, Ritchie Partridge could be about to take a ferry across the Mersey to sign for Brian Little's Tranmere Rovers.

Partridge would be a very good replacement for Paul Hall, but, he could also play on the left-wing as well as the right-wing, which is good news for Tranmere fans as Ian Goodison could yet not play for Tranmere at left-back next year!

Partridge was released by Rafael Benitez from his services at Liverpool this summer, so would come to Tranmere as a free agent, which would certainlly be good as far as finances are concerned for Rovers.

Partridge never really broke into the Liverpool team, but had a huge impact on Coventry City when he had a season on-loan at Highfield road two seasons ago, before suffering a carear threatening injury.
