The game has been moved after Rovers were drawn at home in the cup following their 3-0 win away at Bradford in the Second Round, and will now be played at Brisbane Road with a 7.45 kick off.
That fixtue will mean that between (and including) December 22nd when Tranmere play Luton and Friday 11th January when Rovers play Bristol Rovers, Ronnie Moore's side will play seven games.
