Ronnie Moore is set to give Adnan Ahmed, Anthony Kay and Ben Chorley their first chance in the white shirt of Tranmere, whilst Danny Coyne will make his return after an eight-year stint away from the club.
Youth team players Paul Henry, Mike Jones, Danny Holmes and Mike Johnston could all appear after being rewarded with new one-year contracts whilst John Achterberg could also feature. Craig Curran is also set to make an appearances.
Peter Shirtliff will take up his place in the dugout along side Moore for the first time.
