The highly-rated youngster is still troubled by a groin injury and will miss out for the fourth game in succession.
Parry said: ""Dale is not progressing very well, it looks like he's going to be out a little bit longer.
"I'm going to have a chat with him later but he isn't responding well to treatment and still isn't able to train.
"We'll have a little look at him and see if there's anything else we can do."
Alan Mahon remains sidelined with a hamstring injury, while fellow midfielder Ryan Fraughan has damaged medial ligaments in his knee and will be out for several more weeks.
