Reading stay in third place after drawing 1-1 at Luton. Reading took the lead when Martin Butler lobbed the keeper from 25 yards to register his 21st goal of the season. The Hatters hit back almost immediately when James Harper headed a Matthew Spring's cross into his own net with ten minutes on the clock.

Swansea look set for an immediate return to the Third Division after a crushing three goal defeat at Colchester. Barry Conlon netted a brace for the ‘U’s with Scott McGleish addind the third.
Oxford are one defeat away from relegation with eight games left after a pulsating 4-3 defeat at Bournemouth. In an all action beginning the bottom club netted through Phil Gray with only 15 seconds on the clock before James Hayter equalised in the third minute. In the second half Richard Hughes put the Cherries in front with a glancing header after 56 minutes.
United fought back with Gray levelling from the spot only for Bournemouth to be awarded a penalty two minutes later, converted by Hughes.
A far-post header from Rob Quinn looked to have saved a point for Oxford but substitute Warren Feeney dashed their hopes when he popped up to snatch the winner in the 83rd minute.
